If you continue through the village of Qadah, you will find yourself on a road through farmland. It is very green and pretty. Continue on the road up the wadi (dry riverbed) until you are almost at the end of the road - you end up in Tawi village and there is a wall of mountains in front of you. On the left hand side of the road, just before a large white house (from memory after a white house too), there are ancient petroglyphs carved into the rocks. There is a fairly open space with a tumble of rocks and some are on these and some on the rock face behind or next to them...

Lovely hotel

"Lovely hot, staff was very accommodating, food was really good. Had a seafood buffet one night (I’m vegan but there was plenty for me to eat). Sat outside and had a lovely evening. Happy hour deals are decent and pool was nice, but a bit crowded at sunset. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Would stay again."

"Friendly staff. Restaurant food isn’t great. I paid for mine, but couldn’t eat it. Location is the best and the view is far better than the sister hotel in Musandem. If you have kids, the other location has better pools. The facilities need updating, but rooms are decent. "
