"I arrived at the hotel entrance only to find that the hotel was closed and I couldn’t check in. After multiple communications with customer service, I received a full refund. "

"This is the BEST affordable hotel I have found in Mandalay - I've tried at least 10. The facilities are very nice; the staff is excellent; the porters/bell boys are helpful without pushing; it is the shortest travel time I've had getting back to the airport; looking very forward to my return to Paragon next week! (I hope my review does not drive up the prices...). This would have been very nice if my wife could have been with me."
