"I've stayed here before, so I was very disappointed that I was treated so badly this time. I was put in a room where nothing worked. All of the batteries in the remote controls were dead. I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. They tried to act like the fault was that the city was shutting off the power at certain times during the day, but my friends in other rooms had no such problems. "The building is old. The shower was broken and the toilet seat is loose. The building is in desparate need of attention, but i guess with little to no tourists visitng the country, it makes it dificult to invest in repairs and updates. The staff are great. They are polite and courteous. There really is nothing around the area. You'll have to cab or use grab app to get anywhere. I found it really difficult to find restaurants, there were a few listed as open by google maps, but they already...

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!"
