"The staff was amazing!"

"Room was really clean and I had a nice view of the river (some rooms look into other buildings). Staff was friendly but no one showed to pick me up at the train station ( thank heaven map on my phone was working). They shared breakfast duties with neighboring hotel but it was good and a nice variety. A laundry facility was right next door, which came in handy. Just a few steps from the Machu Picchu Bus pick-up area, Natural Spring Heated Pools and gorgeous Waterfall..."

"Excellent service. Greeted us at the train station. Just a short walk from the train station. It was a fair breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. It was the level of service that made this great. We sent out our laundry twice. The washroom is a tight fit. We enjoyed the family room with 3 beds."

"The staff is super friendly. They let us check in a few hours early. They have a beautiful lobby and thet are located next to the river- the sound of the running water is amazing. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. They serve a great breakfast as part of your stay. And they kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. I would highly recommend them. Sandra"

"We only stayed for 1 night and it was a bit small but it made sense for what we were doing. The staff was really helpful, check out was very early but i think that’s because it’s a high turnover being people treat it more as a passer through city."

"Small but very clean room. Had hot shower but no hot water in the sink. I booked this hotel on Expedia. Generally, Expedia give you final price but, they charged addition 5% as a credit card processing fee. Breakfast and location was very nice."

"Cheap Hotel so can’t complain for the price. Bed was solid and clean. But the room clearly had not been cleaned. Still spills left on the wood tables from other guests and in the closet etc. Bathroom was solid but the water didn’t get very warm for me. Decent for 1 night if ur going to MachuPicchu. Staff was very nice and left snacks in the morning for me before MachuPicchu. Also offered to hold luggage for me."
