"Joe was very responsive and handled our requests quickly. There is room to spread out in the house. There aren't a ton of small decorations on each surface which was perfect for our family with a very active two year old. There is a double entry to the stairs going upstairs. Half of the stairs are from the kitchen and half are from the dining room. Since we wanted to rest with our toddler, we got gates to put at the kitchen entrance and the dining room stairs so we can rest knowing he couldn't...
