Quiet Back Corner Home that Sleeps 8. Island Club 3 BR Vacation Rental IC62

This home features a fully equipped kitchen, deck, gas grill and parking for two vehicles. Three bedrooms and two full baths provide accommodations for up to 8 guests. The house is perfect for families, reunions, bachelorette parties and large groups who want to stay together.
The Island Club is exiting place for groups to play and stay on Put-in-Bay. It is located right in the center of the island about a mile away from downtown and all the attractions. We have accommodations for 8, 10, 12 or 16 people per home. When you stay at any one of our rentals you have access to the Island Club pool and all of the major pools on the island. You can bring your car, save money on food and beverages and have private rooms to sleep in all for about the same price per person as a hotel room.
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are well known for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. You can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay’s slower pace during the week in a family friendly atmosphere. Visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart here to get around. Great week at island club

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin had mostly everything you need to enjoy a vacation. I wish the unit had a dishwasher. Also there were a few things that need attention. The dryer doesn't workSome of the burners didn't work on the stove.There's a hole in the attic siding, there seemed to be a resident squirrel in the attic.Mattresses could be improved/updates.

Spacious, like new cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cottage with spacious quiet and felt like new. It was very clean with many updates. The beds were comfortable and had adequate space for a larger family. Staff were friendly. We had an initial problem with getting in with the code, but they resolved it quickly. Wi-Fi is not so good making it difficult to communicate with staff so just be aware you may have to walk around to make a call. The pool on the property was very nice and not too overcrowded making it enjoyable for the kids. Highly recommend renting golf carts as the distance into town is not walkable. The kids loved going everywhere on the island with a golf cart.

Old and not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poorly maintained and very old. Lights wold keep blowing the gfi in the bathroom. Water heater went out and he said he could get one for a day or so. Beds was broke down. The house electric went out the last day. The dryer took 6 hours to dry two towels. The small bedroom with three beds did not have a vent, so no AC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was somewhat disappointed in the rental we had. There was a noticeable odor (like a musty smell), the lights in the kitchen weren't working (I had to run out and find the general store on the island to purchase light bulbs and replace them), there were paint supplies in one of the closets, and the sliding patio screen door was off the track when we arrived. I wouldn't expect that kind of experience for the price I paid.
