"First time in Europe and the hotel had everything I needed. Food is amazing, everything is walking distance, and it's a very small town. There's plenty to see and enjoy European history. Only two items that are missing but I'm assuming this is a European thing, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Not a big deal."

"Due to the construction work, movement trough hotel is limited, also no common areas. Only two elevators are in operation, when it is crowded, you have to wait for ten minutes. There are no clear signs for the staircase, in case of fire, safety is zero. Zhe rooms are not daily cleaned, there was no maid service in three days, changing towels is charged separately even though it was not stated when booking. "

"Very willing to solve some problems(9euro for 3 breakfest was realy for 1 breakfest, they offered 2 free of charge by theyr hospitality). Price for patio with kitchen and balcony great. Brautiful area around, lake , forest for running, nature fitness, playground for children, great thermal spa and pools, great restaurants(raspberry soup)etc."

"The food is great and the service is excellent.The only little problem we had is no soap in the bathroom but the front desk helped with some kind of used bottle of deusce. No shampoo and conditioner too.beside that we had a great time in the spa."
