"Totally okay! It's not a fancy hotel or anything but for a humble person that just wants a place to stay in Milan its absolutely doable! Even tho, its best to arrive by car! Free Parking spaces availabe on the street infront of the building. The metro station is 5 minutes away by car (parking 6€ for the whole day at the metro station). Highway exit very nearby too. Supermarket 3 minutes by Foot. Staff was nice, self checkin possible too. I'd stay there again if I ever go to Milan by car again! "

"You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!"

"Staying here was the highlight of our Switzerland/Northern Italy trip. It is the perfect location if you want to to enjoy Como’s historic center…we walked to the same bar each night and were able to walk to different restaurants within 10 minutes.
