"Lovely house spacious clean tidy and nicely furnished.It was nice to have twin single beds for those that are not a couple.As it is winter we didn't get to use the bbq or the wonderful beach right across the road.The only drawback was it was cold with winter and heavy condensation developed on the windows overnight although a window vacuum cleaner was provided which we used we also had to use the heaters in the mornings.All in all it is a lovely homely house which was mainly a happy...

"It was the perfect location for day trips to KeriKeri, Russell, and the Waitangi Treaty Ground and offered us the ideal place for the respite we needed. The owners were extremely responsive. Accommodations very comfortable and have been recently upgraded. "

"5 of us stayed here for 3 days. When we arrived the layout of the airbnb was confusing and at first we thought we had to go outside just to get to the other half of the house then we moved a fridge and there was a door. It was freezing, There were no extra blankets and the down stairs kept flooding with water. The kitchen had minimal appliances and cookwear. It was in a nice neighborhood and close to town, with beautiful views. I did reach out to the owners asking for more heaters and blankets...
