"Great location for St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Asked for a wake up call they couldn't do that. Couldn't turn T.V off either by remote or on the set its self. Fire alarm went off at 3.45 so got the wake up call they couldn't offer. No offer of help from male reception staff with my case. Wasn't told about the lift There's quite a few steps to the front door. Poor staff service very unhelpful."

"Hotel called Merit rather than Oxford. Luckily I read the check instructions otherwise might have been wandering up and down street. Room looked to be recently refurbished, small but functional. It was a shame that the bed was a sofa bed so really creaky when sat on it - luckily it was fine through the night. AC worked a treat. Excellent location for Earls Court Underground."
