"Very easy to book, good communication (via email on access etc.,). Location is ideal for central area of London and the price very good considering this. Only thing to consider is that these are pods and if you suffer from claustrophobia then maybe not the sleepover for you, However, I would from my experience the pod was clean tidy and filled my needs for overnight accom with communal area but private arrangement for shower & toilet. Finally, would add, the reception staff member on arrival for me was extremely helpful, polite & understanding in answering my numerous questions about the premises and the surrounding area. I would certainly recommend this hotel/accommodation."

"We stayed for 6 nights and was very impressed withe the way the hotel looked on the outside and in the lobby area. Our check-in experience was great! After that I was disappointed with the view from our room...you could see people from other room so no privacy if you want to keep the curtains open...very weird layout of the hotel. Cleanliness - 5 out of 10. Fridge, drawers and windows were not clean at all. The wall in the bathroom was dirty from a spilling beverage...and so on. Not impressed. Another thing was that when we would come back to the room all the lights were on and the air conditioner set up to a different temperature then what we left it. It felt like someone was in our room. We brought it up to the manager. He told us that he checked and no one came into our room. Still it felt like they were very dismissive. I would suggest some improvements...like the fridges that they used to be minibars (but not anymore) be change with regular fridges without all the sensors and wires. "
