"This place was excellent. The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The breakfast included in my package was excellent. It’s a beautiful safe area to stay in, and everything was convenient. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all."
"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
"I wish i had made my reservation for the entire time i was in London! The only 2 issues i had at all was #1. Noise/traffic...there was a lot of road noise..because it sits right on the road! #2. I was a little warm in my room. Not too bad but the unit in the room would not cool down..or maybe i didn't know how to operate it? I would highly recommend this property. It is an old property but you do not expect perfect when it is that old. There were some minor issues but overall, a very pleasant...
