"We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach...

"Beautiful and charming house in a great location, which offered us more than enough space for 3 families with a total of 17 people. The interior design and furnishings were functional, it was sufficiently clean, the pizza oven is a great extra. The pool was cleaned daily by the friendly caretaker, who even let our little ones go for a ride on the tractor with him. The other service was also good, almost all of our requests were dealt with promptly. We would go there again!"

"Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Tatjana war immer zur Stelle, wenn es eine Frage gab und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, es ist alles da was man zum erholen braucht, einzig die Mücken und der Lärm vom Zug und der Straße waren etwas störend."

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Häuschen hat alles was macn braucht (ausser einem Backofen leider). Und Holzkohle muss selbst mitgebracht werden, es hat leider keine dort und auch kein Holz sonst für den Grill oder die 2 Kamine. (Wäre gut gewesen dies vorab zu erfahren) Es ist herrlich ruhig und abgelegen, mit Hunden ideal. Einzig Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären wirklich wüschenswert, wir wurden komplett verstochen, obwohl wir nur gelüftet (bei 35 Grad auch nötig um das Haus...

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!"
