"Check in and the room was great We drove in so we had our car there, I was afraid I’d get a flat tire so my niece and I each picked up a handful of long screws and nails on the driveway, we left them on the step close by our room, the maintenance guys saw us put them there they did nothing about it. Remember to always take the receipt when you eat there, as I left they messaged me wanting to charge me for another breakfast bill which I paid for"

"I didn't pay alot for my room and I got what I paid for. The staff were friendly and helpful enough but the place is quite run down. Noise. The sound from nearby units can be heard as if it is. coming within your own unit. Then there's the bar next door. Great bar but the music goes nightly until midnite or later. So no sleeping for Juliana's guests. The beach and ocean access right in front of Juliana's is a nice feature. And the yard is nicely kept."

"The location is unique and right on the water. The home is impressive with large common areas, paddle boards and kayaks to use. Yes, Edwin, the caretaker, is great but you are dependent on him to take you into town if you need anything. Communication was fine but you have to have WhatsApp to message Edwin. It needs to be pointed out that this house has NO AIR CONDITIONING. You count on fans and sea breezes for cooling, which, when it's 90 degrees out, is not great. The other thing I think should be mentioned is that there are no supplies provided in the kitchen. There are pots and pans and all appliances but nothing else, not even salt or pepper. I know there was no indication that anything was going to be supplied but we would have shopped a little more thoroughly if we knew there was absolutely nothing. While towels are provided, there is neither soap nor shampoo available for the showers or sinks. Dish soap was provided. I'm only trying to make people aware so they aren't surprised like we were in certain respects. Belize is lovely and we would definitely come back in the future."

"The Inn is out of the way and very clean. I would have enjoyed my stay more if I was told they were building a pool deck every morning promptly at 730am. I was NOT informed at check in. Via email or from the property owners. The saws and hammering started before quite hours of 8am were over. I realize this is temporary, however not belong informed this would be happening was EXTREMELY frustrating. We were unable to sleep in any day, which was extremely frustrating for the teenager with me. Did I mention it was DIRECTLY outside of our room???? Staff in restaurant was pleasant. Office staff seemed like they didn’t really want to check us in. Food was ok and reasonably priced. Would I go back? Absolutely not. You lost us at the bandsaw."

"We really loved the Pointe House. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Gracious host Rosa. But for us in the 70 lane, the furnishings were not very comfortable for our aging bodies. I also would have appreciated a small welcome basket offering bottled water, some fresh fruit and a couple muffins or pastries just to see us thru to the next morning, as we had a late arrival and had no idea there was nothing in the room or nearby."

"This is the second time i've stayed at copal and when I visit punta Jordan, that is where I intend to stay. I wish they had local cuisine such as rice and beans and stew chicken though. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
