"This was a very unique experience. The lodging was a shipping container and we went to sleep to the sound of coqui frogs and woke up to roosters crowing. The hosts were so personable and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had during our entire visit to the island. They have a friendly, but excitable dog. "The house was amazing!! Very spacious for our group, the pool was the highlight of the house and came with floaties. The house has everything you can think of and need during your stay, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, spices. We felt safe in the community, it was quiet & the most delicious empanadas were to the left of the community (1st restaurant when you exit ). The beach is walking distance but with all the sargassum we didn’t enjoy that and it stunk (this has no reflection on the house just sharing info). Annie is an awesome host and I would highly recommend this place! "

"This place worked out perfectly for our family. The kids really enjoyed night swims in the pool. Sargassum had reached the area so we weren’t able to swim at the beach, which is really close and walking distance, but it was still beautiful. We drove to Luquillo on beach days which was under an hour drive. We are so visited San Juan and El Yunque which was all under an hour as well. It’s located close to a Walmart and other conveniences. We were always able to reach the owner whenever we had any questions. The house was great! The upstairs living room area stayed a little warm, but we were not up there that much anyway. We had plenty of toiletries that were provided in the showers and there were plenty of bathroom and pool towels available. Would definitely recommend! We were a family of 9 ranging from ages 89 to 3 and felt like we had plenty of room."

"Check in was super easy. Kitchens stocked well with dishes and utensils. This property is 2 identical units that worked great for our two family groups with 5 members in each group. Owner was quick to respond to questions, clarifications, and any issues. Ocean views were great!"
"A beautiful property! Check-in was simple & easy. Our home-away-from-home was grand but comfortable, with more than enough room for our whole group. My favorite spaces were the upstairs couch, overlooking the upper deck & the upper deck itself, especially in the early morning - pic below. The kitchen was well-equipped (& the absence of a dishwasher meant that our kids were on dish-duty after meals - great)! Sadly during our stay, there was a tremendous amount of red algae wash up at the beach, typical for the time of year, according to one of our budding scientists. However, we enjoyed a nearly-private public beach east of Punta Santiago, just a 5 minute drive away. And the pool - gorgeous! Lots of time spent floating & enjoying the sunshine."

"The property was beautiful and spacious for my family! The home had everything we needed for a wonderful family stay! The Vrbo, had everything we needed for a fun beach experience! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet neighbors were friendly when we were around. A one minute walk to the beach if not less! The Humacao Nature Reserve down the street was a really cool visit we got to see multiple iguana’s, crabs, tons of lizards and turtles and the historical bunker’s were cool to see!"
