Very exclusive and at only 10 minutes from Puerto Cancun or the entrance to the Cancun`s hotel zone.
Very Similar to a beautiful small resort with 4 pools, tenis court, paddel court, multiple use court (baket ball and soccer), heated pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, billard, ping pong, palapas at the beach, etc.
It is convenient to pass by the supermarket before arriving.

A rental vehicle is the most convenient transportation.
It is at 10 minutes from the entrance to the Cancun`s hotel zone.
Taxis are available as well.
1. No noise or loud music is allowed at any time for respect to the neighboors
2. No parties or events are allowed
3. The apartment must be treated with respect, any damage to the property must be covered by the guest
4. The use of drugs is prohibited by the mexican authorities.
5. The number of people in the reservation must match with the maximum number of people that will be in the property, no extra guests
In case of breaking any rule, the guest will be subject to pay a fine of USD $300, being evicted from the property with no refund or being consigned to the corresponding authorities.
