"Very pleased with the property and area. Ideally located for Burriana beach and Nerja town centre. Property has everything.. chairs & umbrellas for the beach and everything you could poss need in the kitchen. Didn’t use the pool during the stay, our children prefer the beach but was clean and a good size. Would happily stay here again on our next trip, thank you for having us. Host was very friendly, what a good find!"

We had an issue with the hot water during our stay, the host was very communicative and went out of their way to resolve it and managed to find a workman to fix the issue on a bank holiday. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. "We stayed 9 nights in October. Nice convenient location near quieter end of Rincon where you have quick 10-min drive to Mercadona for groceries, or short walk to beachside restaurants. Listing is exactly as shown in photos with everything you’ll need. Great salt water pool. Well-maintained grounds. Nice neighbours. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment."

"The very large property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, peaceful and quiet. A 10 minute walk to two major supermarkets. Our villa in Capistrano was outstanding for a 2 week stay. It was very well stocked with everything a family would need to live and cook at home. Extra space-heaters were welcome during the single digit morning temperatures.
