"We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and tidy, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The lady in charge of the rental was incredibly kind and even helped us check in a little earlier, which we really appreciated. I can only say great things about this place! We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to rent it again when we return to Lima"

"It was in a perfect area. Everyday different option. To eat from fast food to delicious restaurant all over the place .. walkable every where "

"Apartment was under repair . In bathroom no flooring tiles & tiles on walls ( just cement plaster ). Mosquitoes in kitchen and bathroom. Small spider on bed. First 24 hours problem in toilet flush so no water. My apartment was maintained by some agency . Reception staff said they only handover the keys because it is maintained by other. "

"The building is older than shown in the photos, same with some of the facilities. Walls are thin and outside noise could be an issue so bring earplugs. The third bedroom is really a converted study area turned into a bedroom and separated by only a room divider. The pros are the location (nice area) and that the unit has all the required amenities for a long term stay (washer, kitchen). "
