The home enjoys canal views of 100 feet on the water, an open-style floor plan, warm colors, and a nice combination of flooring. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essential kitchen appliances, including an air fryer, and a toaster oven there is also an outdoor grill, The dock is finished with new framing and new decking. The 10K lb. lift works perfectly. This is on a great lot in a lovely neighborhood. Keep your boat or motorhome on the oversized, concrete driveway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property and the hostess was very prompt with responses (much appreciated.). We very much enjoyed the canal view, and had manatees visit three times!

Vacation

I would recommend that the owner have some sort of a lock box for the keys. It’s hard for older people to locate the keys. Especially at 5:30 in the morning. I would also recommend another television or 2. It would have been nice after a long day to watch television in bed. There was a lot of supplies which was nice but missing was a sauce pan and a crockpot.
