Comfortable, clean, and plenty of amenities to make your stay fantastic! Our kids loved the pool and they really thought of everything for guests to enjoy their stay. The house is located in quiet Punta Gorda Isle located close to downtown, fishermans village, and military museum.

First, the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Then, the house was easy to find, access and in a great location with amenities close by. Finally, the house was very clean, well maintained, and above and beyond stocked with necessities. Staying there felt quite luxurious. With the house exceeding all our needs, we were able to concentrate on having fun and enjoying family.

We stay at a lot of VRBO's and this was definitely one of the nicest houses we have stayed at. It is a beautifully decorated house. The owner provide coffee, creamer, wine, bottled water, and other toiletries which most places don't offer. We would absolutely enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing. It was perfect for our family Christmas celebration. We loved that each couple had a king bed. Rooms were spacious and able to accommodate a baby easily with everything they need. House was clean. Lots of extra details were thought out and provided. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Great communication and help from the host. Outdoor area was great! We could float in the pool and watch the football on the outdoor TV. Neighborhood was nice and location was close to fisherman’s. We could walk and ride bikes easily. Wonderful time was had by all. Would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything we needed for our week long stay. The house was decorated nicely and very clean. We loved the quite neighborhood and the close proximity to all the happenings in Punta Gorda. Each bedroom was very large and had king size beds. Plenty of towels and pillows were provided along with some unexpected extras such as snacks! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.

The home was very comfortable. We were greeted with a basket of goodies! The beds were comfortable and the bedding luxurious. The pool was heated and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the back and front patios. The bathrooms were stocked with anything you needed: scope, dental floss, makeup remover etc. I would definitely come back here again but bring the whole family.

Beautiful home to spend some time in FL. Lots of seating outside. Pool time was a must on the warmer days. Comfy King beds in all 3 bedrooms. Big tvs in bedrooms, living room and out by the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rob was an attentive host. Quick responses to any questions we had. We Appreciate the recommendations to local food restaurants.

Wonderful home with awesome pool. Plenty of outlets including USB ports. Bathrobes in the bedroom closets. All kinds of spices. Plenty of cookware. Snacks. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, makeup remover wipes and hairdryers and more. Very peaceful. Great location. Beautiful pool/Lani Comfortable beds. Fenced in yard for pets. Right on the canal. We will definitely be staying at one of their properties again!

At first, when we pulled up to the home...we were slightly skeptical...beautiful home! But, in a neighborhood!? The minute we walked through the door, we felt at home! From the lanai, there's a beautiful pool and an awesome view of the canal! Everything one needs in the kitchen is there plus! The location is close to downtown where there are great restaurants, parks and shopping! We were blessed and restored!It was.....perfect!

We truly enjoyed this home in Punta Gorda. It is conveniently located close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and more. The home is very well supplied with everything you need to feel right at home. We tend to cook in quite a bit while on vacation, and the kitchen was well appointed with cookware, dishes, glassware and pretty much everything you need. The home was very clean from the main living area to bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool area was great for lounging in the sun and taking a dip to cool off. There is also a great outdoor living area to relax out of the sun. All in all, a great place to stay. I'm sure we'll stay there again if in the area
