Paradise awaits at this 3BR, 2BA home with a split floor plan located in a quiet community in Punta Gorda, FL. Enjoy the warm FL. weather on the private, spacious screen lanai patio/pool area. It is freshly painted/newly furnished & comes with a fully equipped kitchen, high chair, washer/dryer, grill, smart TVs, wheeled cooler, bikes, pack n play, stroller, fishing rods & much more. It's a great place to stay with family & friends, whether you are relaxing poolside, having a BBQ, or enjoying the beaches & attractions nearby. $30 nightly optional pool heater charge. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

Place floaties in the garage, Cover pool, Log out of all smart tv apps, & Lock all doors including patio slider door & front door- please leave the garage to house door unlocked upon checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
