Very nice people. The hotel was in a really great location and we could look out our window at the Atlantic. There was plenty of street parking in the area and Punte del Este is a nice place. Our room was just like the photos but It had a great modern split air conditioner. The monogramed sheets and towels were cool. The furniture was bare bones and old. In desperate need of replacement. We expected this and it was fine. The bathrooms were very nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, the mattress was really bad. We ended up putting both blankets they had in the closet under our bottom sheet to make it more comfy. Every hotel in uruguay seems to have this problem to varying degrees, but this was the worst one we encountered. The breakfast was simple, but nice. We enjoyed our stay, but with some basic new furniture and some touchups you could really step it up.

Não recomendo nem pro pior inimigo!

Apenas a localização salva, a cama era extremamente dura, o ar condicionado não funcionava, isso porque peguei o quarto superior pra não ter problemas. O atendimento foi super fraco, se recusaram a encher minha garrafa de água no bebedouro que fica no café da manhã.

Masks are mandatory but not enforced. Some staff members would not use them. Street parking is safe, no need to pay for parking. The room was basic, . Air conditioning remote would not work so I was unable to control the temperature. TV would not work. I was not able to reach front desk through the room's phone. The location is very centric. It is great. The lobby is clean and pleasent. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is included and it is very good. They have a nice little patio outside where you can have breakfast. Overall, I was happy with this hotel.

Excelente atenção com o hóspede

Decidimos retornar após a primeira estadia e o split estava limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. O atendimento foi excelente. Iremos retornar para o Carnaval.

En gral. estuvo bien, todo muy limpio la habitación era estándar por lo que el mobiliario era antiguo y había algunos detalles como que la grifería de la ducha estaba suelta. La tv por cable + de la mitad de los canales no funcionaban pero en realidad solo queriamos la hab. para pernoctar.

Las habitaciones aparecían recién pintadas y limpias aunque el mobiliario aparecía anticuado. Los baños eran modernos y confortables. El ascensor tenía un cartel advirtiendo que la carga maxima era de dos pasajeros mas sus valijas. Muchas veces tuvimos que esperar para no superar esa limitación. El desayuno no estaba incluido y costaba USD$7 por dia por persona. Si llegábamos después de las 9 algunas cosas se habían terminado y no eran repuestas. El personal era muy amable y amigable.

Hotel ótimo

Funcionários atenciosos, hotel muito bem localizado, 5 minutos de caminhada do terminal rodoviário, escultura Los Dedos, restaurante giratório, 15 min do Casino Enjoynão senti falta de carro, hotel simples porém muito limpo, café da manhã simples mas satisfatório, não se pode comparar com café da manhã do Brasil. Optei por meia pensão no hotel, valeu muito a pena, já que tudo é muito caro em Punta Del Este.

Hotel agradável e bem localizado

Hotel em boa localização, nem muito grande nem muito pequeno, acomodações confortáveis (quarto um pouco pequeno), banheiro bem novinho, todo reformado. Café da manhã também é bom, com opção de ser servido em uma área externa (pátio) com plantinhas, contígua ao salão onde está o buffet. Considerei como ponto negativo o fato de não constar no site de reserva que o estacionamento é pago à parte, pois o fato de hotel ter estacionamento próprio foi um dos motivos da escolha. Outro aspecto é que fiz a reserva pelo site no início da tarde, recebi o email de confirmação e quando cheguei no hotel para fazer o chek in não havia informação sobre a reserva!

sincera e útil.

O hotel tem muito bom serviço e um café da manhã ótimo.Limpeza muito boa e só que ás vezes não tem porteiro na madrugada.Porém isto não prejudica o bom atendimento e gentileza dos funcionários e a localização muito próxima da praia do Emir e a poucas quadras da praia Brava.Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.Tem excelente TV a cabo.
