"Our condo was great - lovely space, beautiful location beach and pools. Problem was dishwasher and disposal didn’t work. We asked for repair. They said they’d send someone but didn’t so no dw or disposal for the entire week. Also small bathroom off of entry smelled terrible - probably mold - and was impossible to use. The resort and space are great. Customer service is not. "

"We only stayed for a long weekend but the condo was lovely. Clean, spacious, furnished with lots of style but not pretentious. Complex was well maintained and the pool by the beach was a spectacular location. All of the staff we met were so helpful and efficient. Having someone to cook and clean was a huge added bonus. "My husband and I fell in love with Zantamar! The fifth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment was perfect for our three week stay. The view of the mountains, the town of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the Marina was panoramic. Everyone who worked at the property was helpful and caring. Great security without being overbearing.
