You will have the apartment for private use and will be able to enjoy all the amenities of the residence (some with additional cost) so we recommend making the reservations you consider necessary, our team can help you with that.

The apartment is part of the Coral Bay Residential, a wonderful condominium built by the prestigious Noval company, it is located just steps from the lobby of the wonderful Hard Rock Hotel, listed as one of the 3 best hotels in the franchise.
The property has 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and 2 bathrooms, so a group of 4 people will have a very comfortable stay. For those looking to expand their capacity, we have 2 sofa beds in the living room for your greater comfort. and enjoy.
To make your stay more comfortable, upon arrival you will be provided with towels for internal use, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and other amenities so that upon arrival you don't have to worry about anything.
The Cana Bay Beach Club is a 2-minute drive away, it is very spacious and has a spectacular view of the sea, ideal for taking a dip and sunbathing while enjoying your favorite cocktail and traditional dishes of Dominican cuisine.
The minimum consumption per person in this club is US$35.
Once there you can use the club's sun loungers, beach umbrellas and Balinese beds.
-ELECTRICITY
The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the energy cost based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity within the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering normal use of said equipment:
• 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day.
• 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day.
• 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day.
We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50-$200 upon arrival depending on the number of nights reserved.
