"This hotel is jewel in Sorrento and I was told it will have a major renovation!! The hotel is old but best and it has everything!! Restaurant, bar, pool, solarium, views, and it is cozy!! I will really like to go back My wife and I had a great time!!"

"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

"Wonderful villa perched on magnificent cliffs overlooking the sea, with breathtaking views of Ischia and Capri. This villa has it all: well appointed old world charm and modern amenities on a private lot that provides a space for really slowing down. For those seeking the true relaxation of southern Italy, this property can’t be beat. Located in Massa Lubrense, away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento and Positano we were still within reasonable distance of everything we wanted to do. We spent a lot of time in the Villa because once there you never want to leave, but also did get to visit some of the attractions of the area. As for the property management, both Nello and Sonja were a joy to work with and were extremely accommodating of our questions and needs. Could not imagine better hosts. A huge thank you to both of them and we will definitely be back! Finally, as a suggestion to others considering renting this same property, we rented only the property on this listing but were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. Upon seeing the space, however, we realize if we were to come back we would like to make sure we have the same situation, as having another family share the pool and common areas would detract a bit from the whole experience. If your group is big enough, we suggest you consider renting the whole house."

"It is a lovely hotel with fantastic views over the bay. The stuff was fantastic-,kind and caring. Room was a bit small and the partial sea view did not really show any sea. But we could enjoy fantastic views during the dinner. But the hitel is far away from central Sorrento, and though they run a shuttle bus, it often was inconvenient . The taxis cost there a fortune- a unreal rip Off. And we regretted that we had hang board. The food for half board dinners was like in a state school- awful. It was much better to take it from the main menu which was eatable. "
