"Very nice"

"Great experience "

"The location is good although the banner could be better located so you don’t pass right thru it 😅 a small stove even if electric would be a plus! That’s the only thing, everything else was great!!"

"Miguel was a great host. He was very responsive and also welcomed us warmly. He had wonderful local recommendations. The house itself was immaculate and well thought out. Stunning views of Samaná Bay, and security was top notch. Thank you Miguel and Lisvette for a great week! "

"The pool view is beautiful and the ocean view from the room, there is a lot of space"

"Beautiful view overlooking the marina. "

"Beautiful view, clean home and walking distance to all of the amazing places."

We only stayed one night because the owner said that Expedia had made a mistake with the booking, and he moved us to a smaller, uncomfortable apartment with no air conditioner. The owner promised to refund us the next day, but he did not. Please do not go to this place; the owner is not responsible. He booked the apartment for someone else for more days and rushed...

"Everything about this place was amazing. Wish there were more stars to give it than only 5. The pictures and description don’t do it justice. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Samana, this is your place. The host was amazing to deal with, very quick to reply and made sure you are taking care of. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Samana!"

"Overall complex property needs some work, but our unit was in good condition. Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent as was the support staff/cleaner.Unit was shy on towels (no dish cloth or drying cloth) and toilet paper (we bought our own) and there was a funky smell on and off in the unit. Pool area was nice , but shy on loungers which is not the responsibility of the unit owner, so get down early to hold a spot. Lots of restaurants in the area, shopping and...
