"The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! He made our trip! He was amazing!"

"The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! The decor and layout of the house are just gorgeous and we enjoyed all the decks and palapas. "We loved every single moment and didn't want to leave. Jeremie welcomed us when we arrived, and the house was more beautiful and well cared for than the pictures depicted. Every bedroom is spacious with huge bathrooms and there is plenty of room for everyone in the group. There was a wonderful breeze that goes through the ground floor with an ocean that is just steps away. Our chef Dafane was phenomenal, as was the entire staff!!! Nikki our local host (she runs a hotel in town) was very welcoming and helpful (lent me a guitar, let us use her own private beach) and Mariano helped us get bikes ready. "We could not speak more highly of the property, staff and owners. The house was beautiful and very clean! Eric and Paula made our stay!! If you don't have them cook for you, you are missing out! They are wonderful people too! They made sure we had anything we wanted and more while we were in Tulum. The house has a great location and you can walk to so many fun restaurants and shops from the back door. It definitely exceeded our expectations!"

"The house was perfect for our family! The owner and staff were amazing! Chari, the cook knows what she is doing the meals were fabulous and all the kids ate everything! The owner helped me plan several things, Including a shaman to officiate the renewal of our vows on the beautiful roof top! This was truly an epic trip with all the kids celebrating my husbands 50th."

"Ocean view villa had a spectacular view of the ocean. Even with the beach just steps away, we rarely felt the need to leave our comfy balcony because of the view. It's better than the pictures show. Staff was good and responsive, but wifi/internet was poor and didn't really work except in one small corner of the room. But because of the location, it was nice to "unplug" for the weekend. The food was expensive, but above average quality (even compared to other 5 star spots in Tulum), and every meal we had for breakfast/lunch/dinner was good. Griselda from housekeeping was amazing and friendly and brought us new towel animals every day! "
