"The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."

"der ideale Ort um eine Woche oder auch länger in Capoliveri zu verbringen. Das Zentrum ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Jede Menge Strände sind in der Nähe. Dank des königlichen Parkplatzes alles wunderbar erreichbar. Und man hat diese Terasse mit Blick auf drei Meere. Deshalb heißt es ja auch tre golfi. Dazu einen Garten ( den haben nicht viele in Capoliveri) und- die warme Außendusche :) Die Küche hat ordentlich Platz mit großem Kühlschrank und Ausstattung für 11 Personen. Es gibt eine...

"Very nice house and property with everything needed to enjoy. Great pool, very clean, table tennis and tennis court (if you can manage in the heat) and great coves and beaches within walking distance. Overall the location is awesome, it is private and quiet but also close to lovely Capoliveri and a supermarket. The local property manager is very reliable and helpful. The only thing that would make this house even better would be air conditioning ( we were there during a heat wave though)"

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur als Lüfter (dies ist auch im Inserat richtig angegeben), Küche und Bad sind in einem ordentlichen Zustand aber eben schon recht alt. Da das Haus viele Risse im Putz hat scheinen Ameisen einen guten Weg in das Innere zu finden - dies haben wir als störend empfunden (ist aber möglicherweise ein saisonales Problem). Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf Elba. Zum schönen Strand sind es 8...

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig ausgelegt. Guter Service des Vermieters der mit vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Leider ist in der Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr nicht viel los und ohne Auto ist es eher schwierig einzukaufen und etwas zu erleben. Zum entspannen war es trotzdem sehr angenehm."

"Appartment complex was easy to find from owners direct map and final directions from the actual owners. Laura was very helpful, especially helpful was communicating via text, and in English, which made life very easy. Appartment was nice airy and light. We didn't cook but everything was there should you want to. However; no kettle!! Needs a kettle. Sofa bed was very comfy, however it would of been a nice touch if they correct sheets/ bedding were left out ready to make as it took us a while to...
