Bad checkin exp but everything else was great

Checkin was an issue as they had some issue with the system and the junior staff was acting oversmart. Had to call the manager and HOTELS helpline to get it sorted. Post that everything was good.

Small things make a difference

Restaurant service is slow and a lot of the staff while being polite are inexprienced. Health faucet on the wrong side so difficult to use. But can be fixed by using flexible cord instead of the existing rigid one All cutlery in restaurant should be from the same family. I found knives were large and heavy, tablespoons were almost like soup spoons and the forks were short in length and lightweight. That's sloppy for a 5 star hotel

We got a smoking room in spite of booking a non-smoking room, we had a 3 year old kid with us and we constantly got the smoke smell in our room. Secondly one of the ACs leaked water heavily in the corridors. Our 3 year old slipped and hurt himself 2 times. They compensated us with $10 for entire 3 days of inconvenience!

Worst service! The staff made us wait for half hour before checking in for unable to find my hotels.com booking, if you guys are unable to find it kindly delist yourself from the site. Secondly they did not allow me and family members to enter the swimming pool which is disgusting. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you are looking for family funtime. Rating this as 0 star for their service! Wasted my whole weekend

We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better.
