My apartment has all the amenities you could look for. We are equipped with a fully automatic washing machine, fridge, geyser, 2 split AC's, wardrobes, iron, TV, and cable & Wifi connection. We have a maid coming in for cleaning. My kitchen is stocked with utensils for those who would like to cook their own meals. You have two restaurants close by for those who want to eat out. My home is 50 meters from the old Mumbai- Pune highway. Step outside the complex and you will have easy access to auto rickshaws, PMPML buses. The connectivity to any part of Pune is fast and easy as Uber and Ola are available on the go. Pune station is about 5 km away while the closest railway station, Shivajinagar is at a distance of 2 km and Pune airport is at a distance of 7 km.Various colleges like the Pune Engineering college, Fergusson, BMCC, Modern college are in close proximity. Big hospitals are located close by. The apartment complex has freely available parking space.

The property is located in a commercial hub of Pune called Wakdewadi on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway.
