"Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. "The cottage was central , safe and clean . It catered for our family group on all levels . We had privacy within the complex and parking was so handy . We were able to use the pool and beach daily . The barbecue share system not so great however so we were unable to take advantage of that . It was intimidating at times to have large groups so close to the pool celebrating. "
