"We had a great hotel stay at Premier Inn. Check-in was smooth, staff was friendly, room was neat and clean, TV and wifi were working. I found the pillows too thin/flat but luckily they had extras in the closet. We found that the TV's volume probably had a limiter to avoid noise disturbances but some shows were hard to hear even at full blast. Lastly, the drain of our shower was clogged but after mentioning it to the front desk the next morning, it was fixed by the time we came back from the day out. Overall very happy with our stay. Will book again if ever back in Dresden!!"

"I always stay in this hotel when in the city, a perfect location and very comfortable and convenient. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean. I received an upgrade upon checking in, and in general had a lovely stay. Will always stay here and recommend it highly!"

"We loved this hotel-- definitely our favorite of the whole trip! Absolutely beautiful hotel and great location. We booked the "friends and family suite" and it was amazing! It was hard to tell exactly what it was when I booked, but it was perfect for us! It has one common door, then a foyer type situation with one smaller room and full bathroom on one side, with its own door, then another door to the other side with a half bath, living area with couches, desk, and table with chairs, then the other room with a door and full bathroom. It was tons of space for our family of four and we loved it! There is a mini fridge in the room as well. Breakfast was good but super busy at the time we went. Gym is small but good, and parking was good! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!"

"They have 2 entrances - so knowing where to check in was a little confusing as the signs also didn’t indicate the full name on our booking. Room was clean and just what was needed for 1 night stay"
