"Front desk personnel were very friendly, informative and professional. Parking was not a problem despite it being Hope College graduation and Tulip Time Festival. Rooms were clean, enough towels for all 4 of us, water pressure good and hot. Beds were comfortable. "

"Pet friendly, rooms clean and new, bed was firm. Slightly annoyed that despite booking a king bed suite the computer system changed it to two queens when we arrived. Austin at the front desk was helpful and able to change our room back to the original booking suite. "
