"Clean, quiet, and calm. Firm mattress, and the walls are definitely not soundproof. Pool was nice, clean and a good temp. Lovely hot tub. Not a very fancy place, our jacuzzi had an eyesore of a green rug around the entrance which I thought was a bit lazy/cheap. Other than that I have no complaints. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast: cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs, etc."

"Lovely breakfast, clean room; pool looked good, but we walked too much so didn't have time to use it. Basic gym, but again would have been fine, but weather was nice enough for a run outside. Great stop over on our way to Chicago. Laundry facilities were available at a cost and that would have been useful too, but we had already done our washing :)"

"The water views are very nice. I stay at Old Harbor Inn several times a year and it's always been a positive experience. It's very quiet there if you're a light sleeper. If there's a problem, staff are quick to fix any issues or concerns. Highly recommended. That being said, if you need an outlet make sure you get a larger room. #40 does not have an outlet near the desk. :0( A small price to pay for a pleasant stay."

"Clean rooms, layout is great. Loved that the TV said hello Michelle when we entered the room. Spacious area love the island and the dresser to put clothes in. They make it try to feel like home."

"Location was excellent for day trips to explore Holland and Saugatuck/Douglas. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, ample choices. Especially memorable was the courtesy, friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. A special mention of Sharon, who was friendly and efficient in resolving, fully to our satisfaction, a minor room maintenance concern. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
