"Check-in time is 3 p.m. I arrived at 3:10 and had to wait another 15 minutes for the room to be clean. I'd traveled a long way and had to prepare for an upcoming meeting. The delay, delayed me. Aside from that, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and the air-conditioning was on and had the room at a comfortable temperature."

"We rented here for 4 days while my son was getting married in Pullman. We were soooo fortunate to have all the space this home provided, a nice big kitchen, dining room and an extra frig in the laundry was a life saver for the flowers for the wedding! Plus we LOVED Kona, the ranch cat that visited us every night. Highly recommend."
