"Great stay "

"Overall, we really enjoyed this Marriott, but I thought I had reserved an accessible room. My daughter was afraid to use the huge shower as there were no safety bars. I did have a bit of zen issue with the toilet as I have a bad knee and it was difficult to get up off the toilet with nothing to grab onto. The curved banquette seats are badly cracked and need replacing, a pity as the Bistro has so much potential. The casual tables beside the A elevators, in the foyer are showing their age and are very scratched and worn. The rooms are beautiful overall, but with all the empty space between the bed and the patio, it would be nice to have drawers for those who like to unpack and not live out of their suitcases. All staff members were delightful, friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the sports bar serving food late as we attended a program at the Knickerbocker that ended after 9:45pm, and enjoyed our meals and server Would we stay there again -,yes, if there is a properly accessible bathroom. "

"This property is nicely located and is reasonably clean. While there have been some recent updates, the hotel is showing its age and is need of a more extensive renovation. Furniture in the rooms were beat up. Both drains (bathroom sink & kitchenette sink) were completely clogged. I reported the maintenance issue to staff on the first day of my visit. It was never corrected. The studio suite isn't worth the extra money. The kitchenette contained no kitchenware or silverware. There was no real advantage other than a little more space and a small table with chairs that could be used for dining. I won't be returning until this property is more fully renovated."

"We spent two nights in the off season - very clean room, beds, and bath. Super convenient location, pulled right up to our door. Quiet at night. We didn’t get to use the outside area, nor was the “breakfast nook” open during our stay - (again, off season), but those amenities looked nice too. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."

"Everything about this house was perfect! Breakfast was delicious! Assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt , and an amazing egg and hash brown bake. We sat in a beautiful kitchen, windows all around with the fireplace going while we ate. Our room was cozy, clean and comfortable! The shower was excellent with high end shampoo and soap. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back! Thank you Jane! "
