"Exceptional property. We were welcomed from the minute we got to the front door. Fantastic facilities, the pools and kids club was great. Restaurant exceptional. "

"The hotel was nice for us as a family. The hotel itself is ok not amazing but it had a nice pool (NOT the 8 pools advertised on expedia) but we could see from pics this seemed unlikely. The view from our room was really poor of other hotels or a derelict housing area which as on a massive hill is a shame. Staff lovely as per normal. The rooms were a little old but ok. The breakfast was not buffet as not enough people staying there. Which is fair enough but we could order what we wanted and it was ok."

"Very beautiful property, including a nice pool and good gym! Even has a game room and kids playing area! Food was incredibly good and half board is included! Would come again "

"It is a lovely property ans breakfaat spread is quite large. Staff are friendly byt could be better trained on small nuances. The last who checked us in vaguely indicated the direction of the room and we spent 10 minuted walki g up and down searching for it. When we asked for a la carte food options other than the I.suan restaurant they have, ot took me 20 minutes to get the front desk to admit that a la carte foid could be ordered at tje lounge bar as well. When i we t to the lounge bar it took another 15.minutrs if argument for them to agree that yes they would accept the irdr even when the food menu was clearly lying inthe counter top! With a bit of better training this place would be great"
