The reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with grace. "Breakfast was great! Menu is different for the 3 days we are there and delicious too. Mini bar (snacks) also provided in the room. But room tv was a little not in good condition not sure if it's the remote control (as they changed battery)."

"Very nice hotel , friendly staff . Walkable to sight seeing . The general area is shabby with many disused buildings. the horse is good. Recomend takeing the afternoon tea package and drinks soft in the room ."

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, felt brand new, both pools were great in their own way, location, amenities, views are fantastic, and food and service were A+. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Langkawi. "
