Holiday home Maredi is located near the center of Pula and can accommodate 12 people. The house consists of three separate residential units with a private swimming pool. The first residential unit is fully air-conditioned and consists of: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two more people, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a large and beautifully landscaped garden with a barbecue and a swimming pool. The second residential unit is also fully air-conditioned and consists of: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a triple room. The third fully air-conditioned residential unit on the ground floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine, a kitchen and a living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. The yard is completely fenced. Come and spend unforgettable summer nights together on the covered, fully equipped summer terrace while swimming in the private swimming pool.

Wir (insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 4 Jugendliche) hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa Maredi. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Unser absolutes Highlight war die Außenküche, die wir täglich genutzt haben. Die Lage des Hauses mit der Nähe zu Pula, vielen tollen Stränden und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war für uns auch perfekt.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets ansprechbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn irgendetwas ist (wir hatten z.B. durch ein Gewitter einen Stromausfall, den Edi sofort behoben hat). Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

Rundum zufrieden 💯🔝👍🏼

Wir haben die Villa Maredi für 5 Personen + 1 Kleinkind (8 Nächte) und 2 kleine Hunde gemietet. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war wirklich schön. Die komplette Villa (3 Wohnungen) war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein absoluter Traum ist die Outdoor-Küche. Was unbedingt erwähnt werden muss, dass wirklich für ALLES gesorgt ist (Handtücher, viel Küchenzubehör - aufgeteilt auf die Wohnungen, Toilettenpapier, Grillkohle, Kaffeemaschinen/Filter, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Dosen-/Flaschenöffner…). Fanden wir nicht selbstverständlich…das war sehr angenehm. Die Besitzer/Vermieter waren nett und entgegenkommend (wg. Hundeanzahl, 2 KLEINE Hunde erlaubt) und auf kurze Rückfragen sofort erreichbar bzw. schnelle Antwort erhalten. Klitzekleine Anmerkung: 1-2 Garagenschlösser mehr für das Tor wäre optimal => da Ausflüge (Ankunft/Abfahrt) usw. mehrerer Personengruppen nicht immer zusammen geplant werden. Wir können diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus!

Wir waren eine Gruppe aus Familien/Freunden mit Kindern und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Jede Familie hatte genug Platz in den drei getrennten Wohnungen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Außenküche mit Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine, hier haben wir jeden Tag zusammen gefrühstückt, gekocht und gegessen. Der Pool ist sauber und wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen, da wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht haben. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren im Sommer mit unseren Freunden (9 Personen) in der Ferienwohnung und waren absolut begeistert. Schon als wir angekommen sind, hat uns der Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es wurden überall Desinfektionsspender angebracht. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Zum Einkaufen besteht die Möglichkeit in einem kleinen Supermarkt ums Eck oder in der Pula City Mall einkaufen zu gehen, welche ca. 4km entfernt ist. Zum Strand mussten wir leider mit dem Auto fahren, da er ca. 6km entfernt ist. Das Objekt ist wirklich genau so, wie auf den Bildern der Website. Die Außenküche ist sehr praktisch und super durchdacht, da alle Utensilien (Teller, Pfannen etc.) in einzelnen, sauberen Boxen verstaut werden. Unser einziger minimaler Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Kühlschrank in der Außenküche, sowie Sitzkissen auf der Garnitur, dann wäre alles perfekt gewesen. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt, es verlief alles reibungslos. Das Haus und die Vermieter sind sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund gab es keine Probleme, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist.
