A lovely 4-star villa is perfect for a family holiday and offers all the things you need for your ideal vacation. The property of 750 m2 consists of a villa and a garden with a pool and a summer kitchen.
Villa extends on one floor and has a surface of 200 m2. It features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The interior is warm and stylish decorated in light colors. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table perfect for 10 people. The living room shares the same space and has an angled furniture arrangement, a 3-person sofa, an armchair, a flat TV, and air conditioning.
Two bedrooms have a king-size bed and two of them have twin beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a park view.
An outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 can be heated which is a great option for those coming in the preseason and in the postseason. We offer pool heating in April, May and October. If guests want pool heating in those months, the price is €150 per week. The pool waterfall attracts special attention and offers additional refreshments. 8 beach chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower surround the pool.
The summer kitchen with grill comes with an outdoor dining area for 10 people. Here you can enjoy warm nights in Istria with your family and try delicious meat and fish. If you need a chef, we can arrange it.
Billiard and table tennis are at your disposal and will be great for sports lovers. Children can play in the garden protected by a wall. Pets are allowed on request with a surcharge. There is enough place to park 4 cars.
