Welcome to Fiorenza\'s Charming Beach House, an elegant three-room house with a private garden, equipped with a barbecue and a covered terrace/patio. Located just a few minutes\' walk from the stunning Calaverde beach, this property is the perfect choice for a relaxing seaside getaway.



The house is situated in the renowned seaside resort of Santa Margherita di Pula, in southern Sardinia, famous for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. It boasts a private garden, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing moments, as well as a covered patio. The interiors include a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed if needed.



The bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the complete bathroom, the washing machine, wireless internet, and TV ensure all the comforts of home. Please note that only the outdoor stovetop is available for use.
