The elegant Villa Marina is located in the historic centre of Pula. The property consists of two houses and can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The two houses can be rented by one group of guests at a time. Due to its location close to the sea, it is the perfect choice for beach holidaymakers. On the ground floor of the first house there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, a bedroom and a terrace, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. The second house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, a bedroom, a fitness room and a terrace on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces on the first floor. No door connects the two houses on the inside.



On the ground floor of both houses there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area for 6 people, where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. There is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor of both houses. For those who want to stay fit during their holiday, there is a fully equipped fitness room accessible through the terrace. This house also has access to a smaller outdoor terrace with a dining area for 12 people, where you can enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee in the morning. Both houses have a private entrance and stairs leading to the first floor.



Two double bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor of each house. Two bedrooms in one of the houses each have access to a terrace and in the other house one terrace is accessible through one of the bedrooms, while the other is accessible through the hallway.



The two houses share a large common outdoor area with pool. This is the perfect place to take a dip in the pool, play table tennis or simply relax in one of the sun loungers. One of the biggest plus points is certainly the well-equipped children's playground.
