A small road between Puimoisson and Moustiers-Sainte-Marie winds through a couple of lanvender fields which the farmers decided not to harvest. Normally all lavender is cut by July 15th. So this is the only place where you can snap a pic after that date.

"The house is nicely furnished with almost everything you need. On the surface everything was clean, but in a few corners spiders have made themselves at home. Garden and pool is really nice, and especially in summer the pool is recommended. You have long distances to the nearest supermarket or gas station, and everything you need should be in the house. The surrounding area here is beautiful and 14 days were not enough to discover even a small part. We liked it here very much, and we come back...

We especially loved the balcony that overlooks the lake and chateau. The only downside is the apartment does not include linens/towels or internet, which was not communicated to us until after we paid and made the reservation. "Nous avons passé un bon séjour la location est bien placée néanmoins le chemin caillouteux pour y accéder est désagréable notre voiture n'était pas adaptée. Une fois sur place le jacuzzi est en travaux et même en option finalement l'annonce n'est pas claire je n'ai pas apprécié cette mauvaise surprise. Le mobil home est propre la clim est un atout. The accommodation was flexible enough for all our different sleeping requirements and the garden was perfect for the children (secure and with play equipment). The pool is great and numerous outdoor sitting areas give wonderful views over the Durance valley. Due to the location, car access is via a rough track for the last 500 metres (fine after the first drive), and walking access to the pretty village is only 5 minutes, but up a steep path.
