"Staying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis."

"Could not make it to the hotel because one of the people in the party got very ill. With your help we tried to change the date of stay, but the hotel refused, citing terms and conditions. We will be going to that area of the Country again. We will not stay in that hotel"
