Angela truly lived up to her name and was an "angel" who very patiently called our rental car company to explain the issue with our car, but when she could get no help from the company, she called around to get us a local mechanic to come to the hotel to assist us. She really went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thank you so much Angela."

The guy who was in control of the beach beds was so helpfull everyday. And always with a fantastic smile. We are gonna go back. Bari wasn’t our scene, but Vieste and the kind people was a welcomed brake from the tourist hell that is Firenze/Roma/Venecia Ciao Mac"
