Good, clean hotel. Centric location close to Puerto Varas downtown and lots of restaurants close by. The only thing that I would recommend improving is the breakfast, crowded, not great selections and under staffed

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they took care of our requests and were always available. Breakfast was delicious a ton of options to choose from and everything was delicious. Overall this is a 4.5 out of 5 rating, the only downside is that the room interior and bathrooms are a little outdated but nothing big, just it will be good to refresh a little bit. The parking lot staff was above and beyond, they deserve the recognition as they took really good care of us. Everything else was just perfect and the location is unbeteable right in front of the lake with an amazing view of the volcanoes and in front of the casino, all the restaurants and stores are at a walking distance no more than 5-10 minutes away. Keep up the good work!

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Helped us check in early after a long flight. Breakfast was also very good and staff brought out gluten free bread especially for my wife. Great stay!

The best was the wiew and location. The bathroom was super dirty. We complained about with the staff, The food in the restaurant was terrible, cold. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the lake, offering a truly magnificent view. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main restaurants and shops, which makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality. The staff is consistently helpful, attentive, and focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Free parking is a great added benefit. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now.

The lobby was lovely, breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and tons of fresh healthy food. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, had great experiences with everyone we interacted with. We had some trouble with our original booking and the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay and were fairly compensated for the issue. Location right across the lake was perfect. Would definitely come again!

Great location. Front desk staff was great and helpful. There are many places to eat and have a drink around the hotel. Breakfast was great. If you are going on the Cruce de Lagos (also called Crucé Andino) this is the place to stay.

Overall, I would say it was a nice stay, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering the price. The hotel room felt a bit run down and outdated, although it did have a very nice view, which was definitely a highlight. The reception staff at the front door were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but I was not greeted upon arrival, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. The restaurant, however, served a very good sandwich and coffee, which I enjoyed. The spa experience was disappointing. While it had the potential to be relaxing, the facilities felt neglected. The pool was not clean, the jacuzzi was not working, and at one point they even ran out of water. They also did not have robes available in my size, which shows a lack of attention to detail. The massage itself was not good. The therapist seemed rushed, had a poor attitude, and was not particularly polite or attentive. It felt like the session lacked care and professionalism. Given the overall condition of the facilities, rooms, and building, I believe the property would really benefit from renovations. At its current price point, it does not offer good value compared to other places with better-maintained facilities and higher-quality service. In summary, a pleasant stay in parts thanks to the staff and the view, but the overall quality does not match the price.
