The property is clean, food great, staffs are great. Only thing is constructions around the hotel. Some parts were closed off and somewhat noisy.

It shuts down pretty early. They say the pool hours are until 10pm but they are picking up everything by 8pm. Hotel is for those that want to sleep early.

I loved the property. The food was great! Our concierge Mario and Andres were amazing and always making sure we okay and taken care of. Now the spa! It was amazzzzzzing ! My girl Alma was out of this world! It was a 2 hour full body massage and facial!!!

The resort was great. The staff was exceptional! The only downside is that the "all inclusive" was for the community locations such as the pool and dining tables. The drinks were not for the rooms. Oh and the food variety was limited. Other than that our stay was great!

We weren't informed about the resost amenities when we checked in, and when trying to book a trip the second day they told us about it, and then the ladies at the front desk started arguing in front of us because of the lack of communication with us , it was very uncomfortable to see how the front desk lady who didnt give us any information when we checked in was upset with us when the coworked asked her the reason why she didnt do it. Also, not dun to be in a resort with amenities and not knowing about them because they didnt tell us.
