Signature 406 Puerto Vallarta Condo is located on the 4th floor, facing the sea, and affords unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. This property was breathtaking. Tons of amenities. We attended a few events and had guests over once, but the quiet time in the dipping pool during sunset or just reading a book in the sun were the highlights.

Very cute and secure condo. It was very clean and has a great location. Loved the hot tub, with a great view from the balcony. Tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location in Romantica Zone. Walking distance to everything. The condo is a large two bedroom with phenomenal views and everything you need to be comfortable in a home away from home. Juan Carlos was very responsive and a great communicator. We hope to be back soon!

Property is extremely well stocked and everything listed in posting. Great areas close to everything. Only thing i would improve is the tv. It’s very small and tv are really cheap now. Also make sure you book your own airport transportation. It was set up by local team and over three times the taxi and Uber rates. We would stay here again

Amazing stay in PV

This was the trip I needed so much! The place had everything we needed and was close to all the places we wanted to visit! So easy to access the beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The house was comfortable and looked even better than the pictures! The view was amazing and the dipping pool was a much needed addition that I didn’t know I needed till I had access to it! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It would very hard to stay anywhere else when I felt so perfect in this house!

Everything about this condo is just perfect. The photos do not do this place justice. It is impeccably clean & offers every amenity for a comfortable stay. The view is unobstructed, the veranda is huge, the location is ideal. WiFi is reliable. The owner has thought of every little detail. Juan Carlos is the property manager & he is on the ball! Easily accessible, totally reliable & a real gentleman. Juan can help arrange airport pick up, rental car if desired & knows everyone in town who can help make your stay in PV the best vacation ever!
