This LUXURY 2BR/3 Bath condo is at Oceana Boutique Residences. Apart from its central and safe location and distinguished architecture, one of the main attractions of Oceana Boutique Residences is its SPECTACULAR roof terrace. This space features a large salt water infinity pool with stunning views of the ocean and old town, a Jacuzzi hottub, a state-of-the-art professional workout facility, a shaded lounge and a BBQ area, and cabanas.
A front desk attendant and a security guard are on the premises at all times. In addition, a building manager is on-site or on-call during business hours.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This condo is new and some of the ground floor of the building (commercial space) is still under construction (mostly cosmetic). There is also construction of other buildings in the neighborhood. So you may experience noise from the construction. Please contact us for more information.
Also note that the condo is located in one of the most popular areas of Vallarta, on one of the most popular streets in Vallarta. Our unit is located on the side of the building that is away from the lively and sometimes loud Basilio Badillo street. There are open-air restaurants and bars near by, so you will hear noise or music from them. You may also hear noise or music from the neighboring buildings. Although the triple-paned sliding doors and windows reduce the noise considerably, we provide a white noise machine for each bedroom. Still, if you are looking for complete or near silence, Condo Oceana may not be a good fit for you.
Finally, please note that even though we do not permit pets, our building is pet-friendly. Some owners have pets and you may see or hear them from time-to-time. You should not, however, see them on the rooftop terrace or in other common areas of the building.
