The resort is great, nice rooms and next to a waterpark (walk 5min) which is nice. Very kind people all around and the buffet (breakfast and dinner) are really great (even though we normally don’t like buffets). Perfect service, couldn’t have been better.

Astoria Palawan was a nice visit. Pros: pool, cafe ( wishes it opened sooner and closed a lot later), outdoors green and lush and beautiful gardens. Walk to the beach. Breakfast and dinner buffets. Entertainment . Tours. Cons: kinda smelled and was humid in the hallway but it is in a tropical paradise. Room was roomy but bed too firm. Overall a nice visit

One of the better hotels to stay at near puerto Princesa. Returned with family again after our very nice day during Christmas. This time we got to enjoy the waterpark. There were many positive positives about our stay, and I only share two concerns so that staff can make adjustments – we called for ice and additional water which never arrived and the breakfast buffet had too many flies on one of the days which was unusual for the approximately 10 days that we have stayed over the last few months

This is a self contained resort which has absolutely everything you could need to stay there and not leave. They offer you shuttle transport to Puerto Princesa every day and provide tours to other parts of the island so you can enjoy a full experience of Palawan. The staff were exceptional catering to your every need. The spa is fantastic and a great place to unwind with a massage. I enjoyed palawan far more because of my stay at this hotel!

Everything about this resort was amazing. We stayed in the Villas and it was the best experience.The staff were so accommodating and welcoming from the check-in process to the checkout process. The fire show was amazing. The staff doesn’t let you do anything, they do everything for you. The transportation around the resort was top tier. The food was good as well. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Best Resort in Puerto Pincesa! From the day we arrived we have no negative things to say this is the best place to stay with family with kids. My family with 2 kids had a wonderful time during holidays. We stayed from dec16-dec 20. We loved our stays. Definitely highly recommended.

The room was good, the check in process is lengthy, the food and drink are overpriced. The margarita didn’t taste like a margarita, neither did the martini. The water park is very primitive. Not a good value.

The rooms were good. The staff were great and helpful. The restaurant served good food. However, random wild animals/animals owned by people who lived around the resort were roaming around/fighting each other. So keep that in mind if you’re not used to this while at a resort.

I like how the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. I like how they provided rubber slippers to the guests. Food was good. Only thing is it wasn’t explained properly to me that I can check out at The Canopy if I am checking out earlier than 7 am since The Nest only opens at 7 am. Other than that everything is great.
